We usually end up going to Floriday’s by car when we return the boat to the club. We did stop there for dinner on one trip on the way back to the Palmetto club and really enjoyed it.
Docks:
If you’re looking for a waterfront restaurant with boat docks and awesome food, Floridays Woodfire Grill and Bar on Anna Maria Island is the place to go.. This cozy spot has a great bar looking out over Anna Maria Sound and a deck that offers great views also. You can savor the flavors of their wood-fired pizzas, burgers, salads, sandwiches, and seasonal seafood, all made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I love their Tarpon Springs Greek Salad with Grilled Shrimp added and Andy loves (yes, you guessed it) their wings. The Shrimp and Scallop skewers are also a great choice.
Don’t forget to try their signature cocktails, craft beers, and wines, or treat yourself to one of their decadent desserts. Whether you’re dining indoors or outdoors, you’ll love the views of the Gulf of Mexico and the tropical breeze.
