Hi, we are back with another restaurant review for you. Today, I’m going to tell you about our experience at this lovely Osprey, Florida restaurant. Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House, a local spot that serves fresh and delicious seafood dishes, will satisfy your cravings for oysters, shrimp, crab, fish, and more. We went there at lunchtime on a Thursday in June. When you pull up, you will see very plentiful boat docks that make it easy to tie up and exit the boat. We went up the elevator and entered the restaurant just as they were opening. We were greeted by the hostess and she seated us right away. We found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting and the place was nicely decorated with unique wall plaques and pictures. They had a wide selection of drinks, including wines, beers, and cocktails. (But of course we didn’t partake, since we were driving the boat.)
Docks:
For the main course, I had the blackened grouper meal with fries and coleslaw. The fish was fresh and flavorful and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. Andy had triple tail entree, also with fries and coleslaw. The portions were generous and satisfying.
Overall, we had a great time at Deep Lagoon Seafood & Oyster House. The food was fresh and delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were reasonable. We’ll definitely be back soon to try more of their dishes. If you’re looking for a fun place to enjoy some seafood, you should give this place a try.
